niki-aboutA 25 year business performance strategist, author, consultant and executive advisor, Niki has worked with well known organizations from Apple to Hewlett Packard, the American Bankers Association, Time Warner, General Motors, the United States Marine Corporation and numerous non-profit and government agencies on local and national levels.

Her background in sales, non-profit management and television production on business, economic and political issues give her unique insights in how business works. Niki holds a masters degree in philanthropy and development and an MBA in leadership and governance. She is presently completing her graduate certification work with Coach University. Niki has earned the Certified Speaking Professional designation, (CSP) from the National Speakers Association. She has been honored with the Joseph J. Charbonneau award for service to the speaking profession, as a Malone Fellow by the National Council on US Arab Relations and an Ambassador for Peace by the International Peace Federation.

As the co-founder, Executive Producer and Producer for the McCuistion TV Program, (now in its 19th year with KERA, PBS Dallas) she and the program have earned numerous Press Club Katie awards, Women In Communication Clarion awards and Tellies, for program excellence. Niki is the Producer- Director of the controversial Roots of War documentary on terrorism and the Middle East conflict and Co-Producer- Director of Divergent Voices: Seeking Truth in the Middle East.

Niki is the co-author of Selling Strategies for Today’s Banker; which pioneered Selling Is Helping, The Sales Leadership System for Today’s Financial Executive, The Seven Challenges Facing Bankers Today and How to Meet Them, and is part of the series The Winning Spirit and Inspiring Others To Win, and numerous trade articles.

Whether it is in her books and writings, presentations, consulting or as a correspondent, she knows the theory and practice of business and governance and combines a no excuse oriented style with strategies, systems and practical performance solutions that get results.

She understands what it takes to build successful teams. She teaches what she has learned as a top sales producer and CEO of a non-profit.
